"Our 24 year old gas log fireplace was condemned as hopeless by a firm that preceded Alpha & Omega. Not so fast. The AO professionals came in and identified significant, but very fixable problems. 48 hours later we were back in business with new parts and a refreshed, reliable system. The technicians proved to be the best in the business. Prompt, courteous........ .........and experts. Affordable.............. Condo in Haslett."
