"Carter and Shawn were the technicians that cleaned our gas fireplace. They were very professional and polite. When I asked them questions about my gas stove and/or remote they were able to give me the information I needed. They took their time cleaning the stove and made sure everything worked. When they were done the did an excellent job of cleaning and leaving the area as they found it. I would highly recommend Carter and Shawn from Alpha and Omega. They are very knowledgeable about gas units and did an excellent job."

"I absolutely love these guys! The office staff is very pleasant and they return phone calls and schedule appointments as soon as possible. Carter came yesterday and did an outstanding job of cleaning my living room fireplace and chimney. I had 2 other guys come a month prior to clean my basement fireplace and they were just as awesome! Give them a try!"
