"Originally I gave a 1 star review, company when they missed scheduled appt. They did contact me back and rescheduled appointment. Showed up on time and did a great job. Very professional and cleaned up everything when they were finished."

"We recently had technician Zach out to inspect and clean both our fireplaces. He was extremely friendly and happy to answer any of our questions. He also took the time to ensure both of our units and caps were in good shape and did not pose any hazards to us or our home. He worked very efficiently and even did an awesome job making sure there was no debris left behind. The office was great with reminders/scheduling and we received pictures along with our invoice showing the inside of both units after their cleaning. We love finding good companies that are reliable and have mastered their craft. Alpha & Omega (& Zach) definitely fit the bill."
