"Highly recommended. We purchased a Mendota fireplace insert and could not have been happier. Ben was very informative, took his time to explain all of the products in detail and made the process very easy. When it came to scheduling the installation, I received emails, a phone call and a text message keeping me up to date. Everyone was extremely nice. The service technician, Will, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I do most home improvements myself, however he undoubtedly did a better job than what I could have ever done. He kept his work area very clean too. The installation and final product turned out better than what I imagined it would be."

"Alpha & Omega Stove and Sweep has given me outstanding service for over 20 years. They have installed my fireplace inserts, including related flues, electrical hook up, gas lines, and chimney caps. They rebuilt my brick chimneys and provide chimney sweep services on an annual basis. Their work crews are talented, efficient, polite and punctual. They clean up their on-the-job work area and service all the products they sell. I highly recommend them and have been 100% satisfied with their services."
