"Just had a level 2 inspection and cleaning done by Robert P., and he was excellent. He explained all of the terminology to us, and was very thorough in the time he spent in our home. We are a young couple just getting started in an older home, so it was very helpful to have a complete and thorough explanation/education on fireplace repairs and safety. Another nice touch: he noticed that our doorknob was loose on our front door, and took the time to fix it for us as a surprise! Such a kind gesture that my husband and I were very touched by. Thanks Robert!"

"Super Prompt and very Professional Chimney cleaning service. Robert and Zack were very careful not to make a mess, and inspected the chimney flue for any maintenance needs. Also provided a report of their findings and wrote that the fireplace could be used safely this season. Excellent service for peace of mind this winter!"
