"Carter and Shawn did a fantastic job of quickly adjusting to perform the type of inspection needed and made sure I wasn't paying for services that would not be needed before getting some additional work performed to operate my fireplace safely. My wife and I just purchased a new home and we are comforted that Carter and Shawn were professional, detailed, and did a great job explaining the deficiencies with pictures and walking through options for getting to a final solution. All items discussed were detailed in a report along with the pictures for keeping an accurate record. I would go back to Alpha "

"Alpha and Omega was able to get us scheduled for a stand-alone wood stove inspection and chimney cleaning within a few days of my initial call. Their technicians were polite, professional, on time, and appear to have done a great job. Additionally, they noted some issues with our furnace chimney during their inspection (which I did not know was part of their inspection service) and provided an estimate for repairs. I was impressed with the thorough inspection and the stove looks great. Ready for another season of attempting to keep the gas bill down with supplemental wood heat! Thank you, A"
