"Big shout out to Alpha and Omega. My wife and I needed our dryer moved upstairs, Will and Jackson handled everything. They installed new dryer venting through our roof and ran a gas line for our dryer. Now our dryer is in it's new spot and is drying our clothes faster than before!"

"I had the most wonderful technicians come out today 2/8/2023 to do an Annual Service on my fireplace. Troy & Carter are the two gentlemen who came out. They were fantastic. Our story starts out with Carter cleaning the fireplace / chimney and Troy is replacing the Chimney Cap outside. In the mean time all is well until out of the chimney comes this black squirrel runs down Carters back and slams into the storm door trying to get out and mortified the little black squirrel runs into the family room. Troy hears Carter yell and comes in to check out the situation. I am outside and as I come in I see Troy with a blanket and Carter in the family room, saying to me there is a squirrel loose in the house. What!!!! As we all are opening doors and confining squirrel to an area, poor little guy was running everywhere as I screamed and he trying to get out. Finally he found his way out the patio door and onto the outside world. The moral of this story is you never know who is lurking in your chimney. Troy & Carter sorry about the squirrel, but what a great morning it was. Keep up the great job and thank you for chasing Lil Black Squirrel outside."
