"Will and Robert were terrific! They explained the work that they would do, answered my questions, took pictures of the work they did that is not easy to see from the ground. They were friendly and professional and did a great job cleaning up when they finished. Hope I don’t need more work on my chimney, but if I do, I’m calling Alpha & Omega. "

"Steve, the owner, and Robert and Mason cleaned, repaired, installed a chimney top damper, removed my old rusted throat damper. They were very careful, clean, and thorough. They also were responsive and pleasant. I recommend this chimney expert to anyone needing its services. "

"Our existing gas fireplace hadn't worked in several years, but we hadn't taken the time to have it evaluated until right before Christmas. Stephen Sr & Stephen Jr arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem with a simple fix. They spruced up the insert with a fresh coat of black paint and added more lava rocks and embers. I decided to surprise my husband by purchasing the installation of a remote control start. We love this feature! Both Stephens took special care to cover a large area around the fireplace with drop-cloths and wore protective shoe covers while they worked. I highly recommend Alpha & Omega for your fireplace needs. "

"Great results on a gas fireplace overhaul. The crew replaced an old undersized grate and burner. Cleaned the logs and vaccumed out the fireplace box. Very clean job and personable guys. "
