"Alpha & Omega technician Tyler Lucas came to check on our problem fireplace. He was prompt and gave us excellent information about his very thorough inspection of our fireplace and chimney. The cost was as quoted. Tyler came out the day after we called. I would highly recommend this service and this technician. He did a great job!! Thank you Tyler!!"

"Robert Prowdley and David McNutt were great. We moved into this home about two years ago and have never used the fireplaces. We finally decided to get them inspected and cleaned. Robert and David took the time to explain what I was looking at in my chimney's and even cleaned the glass where candle wax had melted down the front. They sealed the cracks and were even patient with my ever curious dog, taking the time to even include him in the process, since he wouldn't get out of the way! Everything they did was professional and friendly. By the time, they left it felt like friends had just come over to help out with a problem I didn't know how to fix. I trust them and have already recommended them to another friend of mine. They're attention to detail and making sure I understood every step too the process was amazing! thanks guys!"
