"Happy to give Alpha & Omega a 5-star review for their service. And they earned it! The original quote did not include the "cap" for our chimney, which was a pretty significant cost. However, the owner let us know that is was their fault this was not included and only charged us for materials, which was more than fair. So they fixed our issue, which was a lot of work for a very fair price. It's easy when everything goes as planned, but when something is off and the company steps up, that tells you a lot about who they are. The team did an amazing job, and I would recommend them to anyone."
