"Alpha & Omega technician Tyler Lucas came to check on our problem fireplace. He was prompt and gave us excellent information about his very thorough inspection of our fireplace and chimney. The cost was as quoted. Tyler came out the day after we called. I would highly recommend this service and this technician. He did a great job!! Thank you Tyler!!"

"Highly recommended. We purchased a Mendota fireplace insert and could not have been happier. Ben was very informative, took his time to explain all of the products in detail and made the process very easy. When it came to scheduling the installation, I recieved emails, a phone call and a text message keeping me up to date. Everyone was extremely nice.
The service technician, Will, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I do most home improvements myself, however he undoubtly did a better job than what I could have ever done. He kept his work area very clean too. The installation and final product turned out better than what I imagined it would be."
