"Hi, I've used this company a few times now for Chimney service, both gas and wood burning over the years and have always been happy with their service. Today Robert Prowdley came out and cleaned our wood burning fireplace, did a fantastic job. A few years ago we had a awful time with birds building nests on our chimney vent, we had several other people try to build a cage around it to no avail, the birds would always get in. Finally someone from this company came out and made the most bird proof cage ever, no problems since!"

"Alpha & Omega was incredibly fast to respond on a recent evening to our need have a bird (pretty inaccessibly trapped) removed from our chimney / fireplace. Robert Prowdley and Steve Hunt were very professional, friendly, and efficient. As a result we are working with them to have a blower installed and will use them in the future. Definitely recommend!"
