"Highly recommended. We purchased a Mendota fireplace insert and could not have been happier. Ben was very informative, took his time to explain all of the products in detail and made the process very easy. When it came to scheduling the installation, I recieved emails, a phone call and a text message keeping me up to date. Everyone was extremely nice. The service technician, Will, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I do most home improvements myself, however he undoubtly did a better job than what I could have ever done. He kept his work area very clean too. The installation and final product turned out better than what I imagined it would be."

"We had a camera inspection and chimney sweep done by Tyler L. and Robert P. They showed up on time, cleaned the chimney and then let us watch with them as they inspected the chimney using the camera. They were patient with our questions and happy to answer. They were professional, friendly and tidy. They did a great job! I also liked that the company sends you email confirmations of your appointment date and time and a text reminder when they are on their way. The office staff was friendly and professional as well. They came out today to do a recommended repair and that all went smoothly too. Highly recommend and will hire them in the future to do masonry work on our chimney."
