"When I checked the website, I saw a lot of good reviews for Carter and Nate, so I was hoping they would be the ones servicing my gas insert. Instead, I got Mason and Hunter.
Y'know what? They were awesome! Professional, personable, and diligent. They cleaned my unit, repaired/reconnected the manual switch and discussed the pros and cons of upgrading my system, which is almost 30 years old. All in all, a very positive customer experience."

"Nate and Carter cleaned and serviced my gas fireplace today. They were on time, very friendly and efficient. The told me exactly what to expect and kept me informed throughout the process. The fireplace is working perfectly. And they left absolutely no mess. This same company installed the fireplace 20 years ago. I would highly recommend them."
