"Had a chimney sweep that I was unsure if it was needed so soon but we had many fires over the 2020 season. My tech, Troy, professionally assured me there was enough build up that a sweep was warranted and that yearly maintenance should be expected. Full level 1 service took 1 hour and was courteous and professional. Repair and maintenance recommendations were made for future with detailed explanations and photos included with my invoice. Thanks again Troy!"

"We searched and did pur homework before selecting a company to come clean and inspect the fireplace in our new home. The customer service with Alpha & Omega was amazing. The communication before, during and after the appointment was the best. Companies could learn from Alpha & Omega. George and Colton were the techs that came out. The first thing my wife commented on was they took their shoes of and made it a point to try and keep everything clean. The worked efficiently and quickly, and were very helpful. We will definitely use them again!"
