He was not trying to push more services or repairs, just provided information and said in a year or two there were some items to keep an eye on. "I had a great experience with Tre and Nate from Alpha and Omega Chimney in Williamston. They arrived right on time, were courteous and respectful of my home, and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. You could tell they were both very knowledgeable and professional in their work.
They made quick work of the chimney sweep service and left everything clean when they were done — no mess at all. Scheduling the appointment was super easy, and I appreciated the text reminders and even the photo update showing the technician performing the work. It’s those small touches that really make a difference.
