"I decided to have the 2 fireplaces in the house checked for serviceability as I had not used them since I bought the house. And I was certainly glad I did as it turned out both fireplaces had defaults that made them unusable. I may see what I can do to have one lined sometimes, but for now I decided to just go on without them. Very honest people."
