"We had a last-minute issue with our gas fireplace on Friday. Troy stayed until our company arrived at 7 p.m. and arrived on Saturday to finish so we could enjoy our new home and its beautiful fireplace with our family! Incredible customer service and gets the job done!"

"Carter and Nate were here bright and early this morning to troubleshoot my gas fireplace pilot that wouldn’t stay lit. I appreciate the appointment reminders and notifications (with employee pictures) from the company when technicians are on the way. Carter and Nate introduced themselves and were very polite, especially when the pilot stayed lit for them. Carter checked the pilot assembly to make sure it was working properly and showed me a trick for making sure the thermocouple is heated properly during relighting. Very appreciative of the professionalism and kindness shown during their visit. This is the third time Alpha & Omega has serviced my gas fireplace over the years and I’m always pleased with the engagement and results."
