"We THOUGHT we were doing a good job cleaning the dryer vent in the dryer AS WELL as the vent outdoors! We THOUGHT we needed a new dryer and started shopping for one. It was taking two and sometimes three cycles to dry a load of clothes.
Alpha & Omega Services discovered that the flexible hose connecting the inside vent to the outside vent was plugged in the middle. We didn’t realize the flexible tube was for the dryer!
Troy replaced the flexible hose with a metal one in just a matter of minutes! He saved us not only from a possible fire but also the cost of a new dryer, delivery and installation fees for a new dryer, the cost of the disposal of the
old dryer as well as a savings on our electric bill!
Just dried two sets of king size sheets in ONE CYCLE!!!!
Drying jeans and or towels is a breeze-one drying cycle!
