"Yesterday Carter cleaned the chimney for the wood burning insert in our fireplace. He did an excellent job and left everything, including the glass doors on the front of the wood burner, spotless. We were impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness, and it only got better from there. He identified a problem with our chimney crown and set up a date for work to begin on the repair. He also spotted how clogged our dryer vent was and did the needed cleaning. He was very professional and, at the same time, very personable. He was here almost 3 hours and took the time to answer all our questions. Carter is a real asset to Alpha & Omega! "
