"My fuel oil furnace was leaking a lot of the exhaust into my basement, so I called Alpha & Omega to see when they could do a chimney cleaning for me and they came the same day! I had Carter and Shawn show up and they were both very knowledgeable and told me about the issues I have, and they did an excellent job cleaning the chimney and where quick too. I would 10/10 recommend!"

"Great service! Dave and Nate, the techs, were very nice guys. They showed up on time. They tested and explained what the problem was. Then they fixed the problem and cleaned up everything when they were done. All around excellent service. Very pleased!! Even the cats liked them!"

"When I checked the website, I saw a lot of good reviews for Carter and Nate, so I was hoping they would be the ones servicing my gas insert. Instead, I got Mason and Hunter. Y'know what? They were awesome! Professional, personable, and diligent. They cleaned my unit, repaired/reconnected the manual switch and discussed the pros and cons of upgrading my system, which is almost 30 years old. All in all, a very positive customer experience."
