"Carter did a great job on our gas fireplace. He cleaned every nook and crevice. Carter checked all the flow rates and even found we had a double cap on the. Vent cover. We so have a photo record to track degradation. I am looking forward to having Carter come back for next year's cleaning. "

"Carter and Shawn did a fantastic job of quickly adjusting to perform the type of inspection needed and made sure I wasn't paying for services that would not be needed before getting some additional work performed to operate my fireplace safely. My wife and I just purchased a new home and we are comforted that Carter and Shawn were professional, detailed, and did a great job explaining the deficiencies with pictures and walking through options for getting to a final solution. All items discussed were detailed in a report along with the pictures for keeping an accurate record. I would go back to Alpha "
