"We had a cleaning and then service done through Alpha & Omega. The company presented all of the options for how we could fix the neglected chimneys. For both appointments, their staff always let me know when they would be ready to start work and arrived on time. Everyone was polite and did not leave a trace of a mess. We've had several fires since getting our fireplace fixed up without a problem."
