"I called A & O to fix the pilot on our Majestic fireplace since we couldn't get it lit and no other company dealt with this brand. They were very professional and knew exactly what to do. Since there was ice on the roof, they couldn't check the chimney; however, they promised to return. And they did! a couple of days later after the snow had melted. They climbed up on the roof and caulked some areas around the chimney. The next week we had a power outage, and the fireplace kept us toasty warm; good timing. Truly a company of integrity."
