"Called Alpha Omega to check our gas fireplace, due to trouble with igniter. The service rep was on time and evaluated the fireplace gas system. Within 1 hr. He replaced ignition system. He cleaned and refreshed embers and burning medium. Also checked chimney inside and out. He explained and showed me how to operate the new system.

"They were able to schedule a time to clean our chimney very quickly when I called them. They came right on time that day, even texting to let me know when they were on their way. They discovered a problem in the chimney which they documented with photos. They then scheduled a very quick return so our fireplace could be used with guests coming a couple of days later. The repair folks again came right on time and texted when they were on their way. On both visits, they were very polite and very tidy. Highly recommended."
