"Stan inspected and repaired my fireplace at my old historic home in Milford in 2001. I had a very good experience then. Have a newer home in Pinckney now. Was delighted to see Stan was still in business. My direct vent fireplace was overheating and covering the glass with soot every single use. Stan and his coworker came out inspected the fireplace, (inside and out), cleaned everything and had it up and running beautifully. I have used it every day since. It’s not overheating and there is no soot. It feel like it’s safer to use it, better air quality and it’s certainly more pleasant to sit near. I was think of adding a blower. Stan and I spoke about that and though he could install a blower, Stan helped to understand why that might not be what I needed with this situation. I appreciate his time and not trying to sell me what I didn’t need. I have no experience with direct vent fireplaces. Stan and his partner explained it to me. And instructed me how to use it, maintain it and light the pilot light. They were on time, professional and left nothing behind but a clean fireplace and a happy customer. I booked my appointment on line. It was easy and I received confirmation of time and date for appointment as well as a call when they were in route."

"The owner and his son were very friendly. They worked quickly to repair my gas fireplace, and answered all questions that I had in a way that I could easily understand.__I will also be getting additional work done by them in the spring.__Would highly recommend!"
