"Carter and Hunter arrived at the beginning of the service window, were friendly, neat, and thorough. In addition to cleaning my chimney, they noticed some loose siding on the chimney (which I will fix) and cleaned the fireplace glass. They gave me a full report and ensured my questions were answered."
