"We had a great experience with Alpha and Omega. We moved into a new home that had 2 inoperable fireplaces. Our technician, Mason did a fantastic job going over our options. After a very through camera inspection, we decided to fix the gas fireplace upstairs and opted for an insert for our wood burning fireplace downstairs. We are thrilled to have both up and running now. I highly recommend for all of your fireplace needs."

He installed the new one and he spent good time figuring out the problem I was having
It was just an adjustment issue

Tre was our tech, and he did a great job diagnosing and fixing our fireplace. He also was incredibly respectful of our home, keeping everything tidy and clean. Fireplace works great again."
