"Nathan was our tech today. He was able to diagnose and repair our gas fireplace and it now works great again keeping us warm. Nathan was on time, kept the work area clean and cleaned up after. Thank you so much!!"

"Tre and Mason were really good with our dryver vent cleanup. We had remnants of old nests in our dryer vent that 2 other services in the past 5 years did not fully clean. These guys got to that on the outside of the house in a tough to get spot above our garage's pitched roof (not easy to get to and risky).
When Tre came by it was icy outside and was too risky to go up to the vent above garage. The company did not charge and sent Mason and another tech when weather cleared up.
We were thinking that we needed a new dryer before we called them in preparation for a new dryer. Our 13-year old dryer was running for 2-3 hours a cycle prior to their visit and it is down to about 30-mins now. Very happy with their service and diligence."

"I called their Williamston office one morning on one of the coldest, windiest, snowy days you could imagine. 2 of our chimneys were backing up with a down draft and both needed cleaning worse than we realized. We heat 2 spaces with the wood stoves and they had virtually stopped working. I explained the situation to the most pleasant woman who answered the phone and I literally told her we were in trouble and desperate. They were able to get us scheduled the same day(miraculously). 2 very professional and nice men showed up. They did above and beyond work that day for us. I cannot say enough about the work, the problem solving and all with a great attitude.
Our experience proved to us who to call in the future. And not just in crisis mode but for chimney cleaning and maintenance."
