"We had a great experience with Alpha & Omega. Our technician, Avery, was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. The new refractory panels in our fireplace look amazing, and we can’t wait to start using it. Avery took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood how to keep our fireplace in top shape moving forward.
Prior to the installation, Nathan came out to clean our fireplace and provide the estimate for the panel replacement. He also did an excellent job and was very helpful in answering our questions about proper fireplace maintenance.
In addition, every time I’ve contacted the company for scheduling or with questions, the staff has been consistently friendly, responsive, and helpful.
We would absolutely recommend Alpha & Omega for any of your fireplace needs!"

"My woodstove and chimney needed inspection and service after 25 years of constant use. Cayden came to do the initial inspection and estimate. A very pleasant young man who knows how to shake hands, first off. Everything was explained, and the estimate was a lot less money than I expected. I was also given a discount."

"Steve and his team did an outstanding job replacing our outdoor fireplace insert and chimney. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough in their work. They took the time to explain the process, kept the work area clean, and made sure everything was done right.
