Dryer Vent Sweeps
At Alpha & Omega, we know that it can be a hassle to provide inside access to individual units. That’s why we use a high-volume air compressor and rotary brush that allows us to sweep vents from the exterior of the building. While it is occasionally necessary to service dryer vents from inside the building, this method eliminates the access problem for many communities.

Heidi’s primary role is acquiring new partnerships in the state of Michigan. Through collaboration with the Alpha & Omega team and our corporate clients, we promise to deliver a customized, timely, and seamless multi-unit transaction with outstanding communication. Heidi has lived in Williamston for 27 years. She is married with 4 grown children and a labradoodle named Willy. Heidi and her husband are looking forward to becoming grandparents.

A resident of Williamston for over 20 years, Karen Porco brings an extensive background in sales, property management, and office management to our Business Development team. Karen is passionate about providing excellent and reliable customer service and is excited to join Alpha & Omega as a Corporate Account Manager- your dedicated point of contact for all your questions and service needs. Outside the office, Karen enjoys her role as “Sports Mom” to her 3 children. She and her husband, Rich, can often be found shuttling children to practices or cheering them on at games and competitions.
